Yesterday, Facebook announced its plans to go public with a stock offering. Today, a Oshkosh woman was with selling fake shares to idiots strangers.

Marianne Oleson is charged with 33 felony charges. Prosecutors say the 46-year-old woman claimed to own Facebook stock and duped at least four people into buying shares. One man gave Oleson $28,000 for a stock that won’t actually be available for 60 days.

Oleson allegedly told the victims she had $1 million in private Facebook shares because her daughter slept went to school with Mr. Zuckerberg.

In the turn of the century, Oleson is also facing drug charges. Police discovered a grow-op while executing a search warrant at her home.
