McDonald’s Brownies Are Worth the Jail Sentence
0A Scranton man faces criminal charges following a dispute over a brownie Wednesday night.
Erik Cain, 30, was arrested by police after he stabbed his brother, Gene, multiple times. According to the charges that were laid, Erik was upset about a brownie being cut in half. Not just any brownie – a McDonald’s brownie.
He isn't the only one that would kill for this brownie.
In an interview, Gene said he and his brother were arguing over a McDonald’s brownie when Erik punched him then ran to the kitchen, picked up three steak knives and “slashed him.”
Erik fled the scene and was later arrested by the police. He is being charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct and being an idiot.
No word on whether the brownie was the magic variety.
