5 Ways To Increase Productivity

This happens to the best of us. Sometimes we get so entangled in what we are doing, we find it impossible to complete the task at hand. Take a look at some of our tips below to become more productive — these are a few easy fixes that will make you more efficient:
Noise – TV or music can form a crutch to shift your focus away from the task at hand. Try turning down the volume or completely off to see how your work is affected.
Food – Fumbling with food causes both your hands and senses to be distracted. Keep snacks out of reach and use them as a reward when you get things done.
Workplace Setup – Don’t stay in one spot for too long. Try moving around the house or even standing if possible. If your blood flows, so will your mind.
Clothing – If you are spending a day working at home — change out of your pajamas! No one has ever accomplished anything looking like they just woke out of bed. Always dress so that you can leave the house at any moment.
Time Management – Break up your workloads by setting up a timetable. Start the day with creative work and leave all the “junk” work until later in the day.
