Potentially The World’s Smallest Dog
0Two days ago, we told you about the world’s largest dog. Today we will show you the dog that might be the world’s smallest.
Three-month-old Milly can fit on the palm of your hand. Born in Puerto Rico, she is 6.53 cm high and weighs 0.37lb.
Being so small hasn’t been easy — she had to be hand fed because she was unable to eat normally:
‘She could not breastfeed due to the tiny size of her mouth,’ said her carer, Rivera Eizzil. ‘To get an idea of just how petite she is, when she was born she received milk from an eyedropper.’
Guiness World Record’s state that to qualify for the title of the world’s smallest dog, the applicant has must be at least one year old. The current record holder is Boo Boo from Kentucky who is 10.16 cm tall.
Only time will tell if this Chihuahua is the smallest of them all.
