Man Sues Hospital For Circumcising Him 28 Years Ago

An inmate in a South Dakota prison just found out that he was circumcised at birth. This hasn’t made him a happy camper, so he is suing the hospital where he was born for robbing him of sexual pleasure.

He believes that his foreskin is worth around $1,000 in punitive damages. He hopes that he can re-attach his lost fore-skin so he can “feel whole again.”

He’s currently in jail for a kidnapping conviction.

“I was recently made aware of the fact that I had been (circumcised) and that … I was robbed of sensitivity during sexual intercourse as well as the sense of security and well-being I am entitled to in my person,” he argues in the lawsuit, adding that his sex life was lacking due to the procedure.

The suit states that an “unknown” doctor misinformed his mother into thinking the procedure was a necessity.
