Man Sues BMW For Constant Erection

A California man is suing automaker BMW and aftermarket seat makers Corbin-Pacific for designing seats that have left him with a constant erection for the past 20 months.

He says the trouble began with his 1993 BMW motorcycle and its “ridge-like seat.”

He is suing for lost wages, emotional distress, medical expenses and “general damage.” He also claims that he is ”now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish.”

Though it’s doubtful that there is any medical evidence to support his claim, studies have been done in the past to prove how compressing the genital area can cause severe damage.
