Wendy’s Employee Sells Child Porn Through Drive-Thru
0A San Antonio man was busted this week for selling child porn to customers at the Wendy’s where he worked.
36-year-old Juan Antonio Rosa would talked to interested parties prior to his shift by communicating through social networking websites and then fulfil them during his shift at Wendy’s.
‘Customers’ would come up to the drive-thru window, utter a ‘magic word’ and Rosa would place an SD card full of child porn inside a box of french fries and sell it to them for $50.
Rosa had previously served five years in prison for child porn possession, and started working at this particular Wendy’s branch in 2010 following his release.
“I can tell you the San Antonio franchisee has no knowledge of the incident,” said Wendy’s spokeswoman Andrea Winans. “They have no information or any police report of this incident occurring at a Wendy’s there.”
Rosa will spend the next 22 years in prison for his crimes.
