Teller Refuses To Give Money To Robber Because He Won’t Remove His Sunglasses

A Massachusetts man reportedly tried to rob a bank, but was refused money because he wouldn’t remove his sunglasses.

The unidentified man walked into the bank at around 4:30 PM, passed a note to the teller saying there was a bomb inside the bank and to give him the money, according to police.

“The teller asked him to remove his sun glasses, and he refused,” Lt. Gray said.

“Then the teller told him to leave, and then he did. He left for undetermined location,” he said.

Police completed a sweep of the building without finding an explosive.

The suspect is described as wearing sunglasses (duh) and dressing like a cast member from ‘Saved by the Bell.’
