0It’s no secret that Bruce Wayne has tons of cash and a lot of fun toys – including a massive mansion known as ‘Wayne Manor.’
Real Estate company Movoto decided to work out exactly how much Wayne Manor would cost to build – you know, just because they can. The total figure? $32.1 million. And that doesn’t even include the Batcave.
To get this number, they used a map of Wayne Manor from an old Batman board game and found there are 11 bedrooms, 7 baths, a pool, a gym, a library, a gallery and much, much more.
All of this would total a square footage of 42,500 with each square foot being worth around $849.
The chance this house will ever get built? Unlikely. But there’s always the chance that after re-building the Titanic, this guy may move on to something new.
