Probably The Best Noise Complaint Ever

I’ve recieved many noise complains in my tenure at my current apartment. Most of them were made in-person, over the phone or by a strong-worded letter. Unfortunately for my neighbor, none of these ‘warnings’ have caused me to lower my volume.
