Gotye’s Cover of His Own A Song Called: ‘Somebodies: A YouTube Orchestra’

Gotye’s mega-hit “Somebody That I Used To Know” is one of those songs that seems to be playing whenever I turn on the radio. It has inspired many YouTube users to create interpretations of the song featuring unique vocals and instruments.

The Australian singer liked these covers so much that he combined them into one video called “Somebodies: A YouTube Orchestra.” Gotye says he created it because he ”couldn’t resist the massive remixability that such a large, varied yet connected bundle of source material offered.”
