- Reach other to others. Making the people surrounding you happy will rub off on yourself.
- People watch. Take in your surroundings. You’d be surprised how much you miss with glossed-over eyes.
- Try not to take yourself so seriously.
- Don’t get too comfortable. Try new things. Challenge yourself to make self-improvements.
- Instead of getting mad, just accept it for what it is.
- Forget your phone at home. Living with little will make you appreciate what you’ve got.
- Take breaks! Call in sick! We all need to make money, but take a break to enjoy what you’ve worked for.
- Tell people how you feel. Honestly.
- Do something nice for someone else.
- Do something nice for yourself.
- Keep everything in perspective.
- Don’t sweat the small stuff (I had to).
